Job Description

I. Update and maintain accurate customer data in the company system

II. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using provided lists

III. Handle and respond to customer enquiries efficiently and promptly

IV. Ensure all customer enquiries are properly answered and followed up

V. Introduce company services and assist in basic sales activities

VI. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when dealing with customers

VII. Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately

VIII. Resolve customer requests and issues according to company processes, procedures, and terms & conditions

IX. Ensure diligent follow-up and fulfil commitments made to customers or internal teams

X. Share customer feedback with relevant departments for service improvement

XI. Keep updated with company procedures and operational processes

XII. Deliver customer satisfaction by providing quality service within required service levels

XIII. Analyze and solve customer issues accurately and within appropriate timelines

XIV. Adapt to operational changes and support daily business needs

XV. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree student in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields
   
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
   
• Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with customers
   
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, CRM systems)
   
• Able to follow scripts, instructions, and procedures
   
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
