<li>Handle daily office administration and documentation</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing of documents (physical and digital)</li>
<li>Manage stationery, office supplies, and vendor coordination</li>
<li>Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with general enquiries</li>
<li>Support HR tasks such as attendance, leave records, and employee files</li>
<li>Assist in scheduling, data entry, and report preparation</li>
</ul>
<h3>Accounting &amp; Finance Duties</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in daily accounting entries</li>
<li>Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers</li>
<li>Record expenses and income accurately</li>
<li>Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry</li>
<li>Assist with monthly accounts closing</li>
<li>Support preparation of reports for management</li>
<li>Liaise with external accountants, auditors, or tax agents when required</li>
