Humble Beginnings
Beginning with a single retail shop in 1969 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Minlon’s story of half a century is about dedication to hard work and courage to be different.

A Leader
Over the years, Minlon grew from retailing to become the largest wholesaler for haberdashery products in Malaysia. Minlon became the market leader in the wholesale industry by focusing on quality and trending products. This was a courageous move to differentiate itself from competition.

How We Do

<li>Handle the operational &amp; financial matters of investment holding companies.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing Group Consolidation accounts, quarterly financial reports, and any relevant working files, presentation decks on quarterly basis.</li>
<li>Handle intercompany transaction/balances reconciliation and schedules.</li>
<li>Perform feasibility studies, financial modelling, and evaluation of potential opportunities for both, local and international projects, and new investments.</li>
<li>Track the financial progress of new projects, including changes in project scope, schedule, cost, and cashflow.</li>
<li>Maintain a comprehensive project documentation.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Project team and relevant stakeholders, and provide support to them from a financial standpoint.</li>
<li>Liaison with external advisors, auditors, secretaries, solicitors, investments bank/ commercial banks/ financial institutions, and other related working parties with regard to the implementation and execution of engagements or projects</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of discussions and Board Papers.</li>
