<li>Perform reinforced concrete design with a strong focus on construction methodology, detailing, and constructability.</li>
<li>Propose alternative and optimized design solutions to improve cost efficiency and constructability, and coordinate with project teams to resolve technical issues.</li>
<li>Prepare and review design calculations, technical reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with Eurocode, British Standards, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Lead drafting and 3D modeling using Tekla or similar platforms, including preliminary design and detailed documentation.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
