Job Description

1. Monitor and analyse output of every machine to increase machine efficiency.
2. Leads and facilitates continuous improvement activities (e.g. Kaizen, Kanban) focused on root cause analysis to solve problems and achieve 100% conformance to customer requirements. 
3. Monitor scrap performance to ensure draughtsman fully utilize nesting to reduce scrap. 
4. Perform other ad-hoc activities that may be assigned from time to time.
5. Support production in line improvement to control overhead and increase productivity. 
6. Monitor extra part at production.
7. Familiar with Auto CAD, Inventer, SolidWorks.
8. Responsible in making jig, trolley and rack to smoothen the process and ensure 5S.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess diploma or degree in Engineering and related fields.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and in a team.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
6. Experience in AutoCAD .
