HR Operations & Administration

• Manage day-to-day HR administrative functions and ensure HR processes run efficiently.
   
• Prepare HR documentation including memos, letters, reports, and internal announcements.
   
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
   
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Payroll & Attendance Management

• Monitor staff attendance records and overtime reports.
   
• Coordinate payroll preparation and verify salary calculations before approval.
   
• Ensure accuracy of contractual wages, allowances, and commissions.
   
• Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies with relevant departments.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
   
• Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
   
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation.

Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
   
• Assist in handling disciplinary matters, show cause letters, and staff grievances.
   
• Support management in maintaining positive employee engagement and workplace harmony.

Foreign Worker Management

• Coordinate matters related to foreign workers including attendance monitoring, salary distribution, and documentation.
   
• Liaise with relevant departments regarding hostel arrangements and welfare matters.
   
• Ensure compliance with immigration and labor requirements.

HR Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare periodic HR reports including attendance reports, headcount updates, and HR operational reports.
   
• Work closely with department heads to ensure workforce planning and manpower requirements are met.
   
• Assist in organizing HR programs, employee activities, and internal initiatives.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

• Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and internal procedures.
   
• Support HR management in policy updates and implementation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws in Act 1955, and HR administration.
• Experience handling foreign worker management is an advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR documentation.
