You will support the HR function in recruitment, employee management, payroll coordination, and HR operations, while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes across the showroom and office teams.

<li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in attendance tracking and payroll preparation&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in handling disciplinary matters and employee relations issues&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate training, staff engagement, and HR initiatives&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare basic HR reports and data tracking&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the HR department&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
