Job Responsibilities

<li>Conduct market research and gather information on potential suppliers, products, and pricing trends in new and existing countries.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in new product listing and product master data creation, including accurate data entry and documentation in the system.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the procurement team in sourcing activities, vendor comparisons, and quotation analysis.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain procurement-related reports, spreadsheets, and databases.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal departments to collect product specifications and other relevant information.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in communicating with suppliers regarding product information, pricing, and documentation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all procurement records and files are properly organized and updated.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
