Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and gather information on potential suppliers, products, and pricing trends in new and existing countries.
- Assist in new product listing and product master data creation, including accurate data entry and documentation in the system.
- Support the procurement team in sourcing activities, vendor comparisons, and quotation analysis.
- Prepare and maintain procurement-related reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect product specifications and other relevant information.
- Assist in communicating with suppliers regarding product information, pricing, and documentation.
- Ensure all procurement records and files are properly organized and updated.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
- Available for an internship period of 3 to 6 months.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, responsible, and eager to learn about procurement and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
