Job Description

  

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and gather information on potential suppliers, products, and pricing trends in new and existing countries. 
  • Assist in new product listing and product master data creation, including accurate data entry and documentation in the system. 
  • Support the procurement team in sourcing activities, vendor comparisons, and quotation analysis. 
  • Prepare and maintain procurement-related reports, spreadsheets, and databases. 
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect product specifications and other relevant information. 
  • Assist in communicating with suppliers regarding product information, pricing, and documentation. 
  • Ensure all procurement records and files are properly organized and updated. 
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields. 
  • Available for an internship period of 3 to 6 months
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Organized, responsible, and eager to learn about procurement and supply chain operations. 
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
