Job Description

 

Job Scope:

Merchandising

  1. Ensure merchandising meets visual standards
  2. Return unwanted items to their correct shelf positions and neatly arrange products.
  3. Keep shelves fully stocked, organized, and accurately labelled
  4. Stock and replace products as necessary to prevent damaged items from being displayed.
  5. Remove expired items and place near-expiry products on special promotions.
  6. Provides full operational support during new store setups and teardowns.

Inventory Control

  1. Receive and verify stock; distribute received items to the selling floor.
  2. Pack stock for delivery, including sealing and labelling cartons.
  3. Ensure correct shipping information is attached and move completed orders to the shipping area.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Customer Service

  1. Greet customers, answer their questions, help them locate items, and provide recommendations or advice.
  2. Assist customers by guiding them to the correct aisle or shelf to help with purchasing decisions.

Cashiering

  1. Help customers and cashiers verify prices when needed.
  2. Assist cashiers by swiftly and efficiently bagging customers' purchases.
  3. Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronic systems (e.g., card terminals).
  4. Accept payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate, and provide receipts to customers.
  5. Process exchanges and resolve customer complaints. 
  6. Bag or wrap purchases to ensure they are safe for customers to carry.

Job Requirements

Work Location: Singapore

Other requirement:

Able to travel and support operations across multiple store locations as required by business needs.

Additional Benefits:

  • Housing Allowance: SGD 200 (for foreign worker only)
  • Travel Allowance: SGD 20 per working day

Shift Schedule Options:

  • Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Full Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Overtime applicable for full shift)


Right to Work Requirements

  • The company is open to sponsoring a working visa for qualified candidates (subject to T&Cs)
