PAID Internship: SME Operations Intern
(Business Admin + Customer Service)
đź“Ť Location: MSSK Enterprise, Air Panas Market, KL (Hybrid)
🕒 Working Hours (Onsite): 8am – 2pm | Mondays Off
đź’Ľ Internship Duration: Minimum 3 Months
đź’° Allowance: RM500/month + Free Meals (Onsite)

We’re MSSK Enterprise, a humble local vegetable supplier that’s been operating since 1999 at Air Panas Market, KL. We supply fresh produce to canteens, restaurants, and businesses across the city.
Now, we’re looking for a curious, responsible intern who’s eager to learn how a real SME operates. If you enjoy organizing, communicating, and solving small (but important) problems, you’ll love this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Key in invoices and bills using Google tools & our online accounting system
 - Help manage customer relationships via WhatsApp, phone & in person
 - Support our daily billing and account updates
 - Learn how SME back-office operations really work — and suggest ways to improve them!
Job Requirements
You’re a Good Fit If:
- You’re comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.
 - You speak English & BM (bonus if you also speak Chinese or Tamil!)
 - You’re a fresh grad or student looking for hands-on experience
 - You’re not afraid to speak up or suggest better ways to do things
 - You’re punctual, polite, and curious
