Key Responsibilities:

<li><ins>Project Management</ins>: Lead the project management of training workshops, team-building activities, events, and conferences, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.</li>
<li><ins>Proposal Development</ins>: Prepare comprehensive event proposals that align with clients' requirements for internal review.</li>
<li><ins>Materials Production</ins>: Assist in the production of all necessary internal and external materials, including training manuals.</li>
<li><ins>Resource Management</ins>: Manage client, vendor, trainer, and other resources to ensure successful events.</li>
<li><ins>Venue and Logistics Coordination</ins>: Source suitable event venues, hotels, and transportation logistics to meet the specific needs of each event.</li>
<li><ins>Travel and Accommodation Arrangements</ins>: Arrange hotel bookings, travel plans, and accommodations for event participants and attendees.</li>
<li><ins>Marketing Support</ins>: Support the administration of marketing initiatives related to the events and workshops.</li>
<li><ins>Facilitation</ins>: Act as a facilitator during events to ensure a successful and engaging experience for participants.</li>
<li><ins>Client Interaction</ins>: Attend clients' meetings as necessary to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.</li>
