Job Description

  • Dispense prescription medications and medical products accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Process daily sales orders, including packaging, delivery arrangements, and customer communication via phone, email, WhatsApp, or other channels.
  • Manage and monitor inventory, track stock levels, handle expired/damaged products, and coordinate with warehouse/stock teams for timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory movements, and customer interactions; report discrepancies or issues promptly to management or COO.
  • Support process improvements to enhance order accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction, and perform additional office tasks as assigned. 

Job Requirements

  • Availability: Immediate start preferred.
  • Education: Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Written & Spoken)  
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL is a strong advantage.
