<li>Dispense   prescription medications and medical products accurately while ensuring   compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Process daily   sales orders, including packaging, delivery arrangements, and customer   communication via phone, email, WhatsApp, or other channels.</li>
<li>Manage and   monitor inventory, track stock levels, handle expired/damaged products, and   coordinate with warehouse/stock teams for timely fulfillment.</li>
<li>Maintain   accurate records of sales, inventory movements, and customer interactions;   report discrepancies or issues promptly to management or COO.</li>
<li>Support process improvements to enhance order accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction, and perform additional office tasks as assigned.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
