Job Responsibilities: <ul><li>Continually keeping track and understanding the latest company policies, SOP, services and on-going promotions inside and out.</li><li>Monitor and communicate with customers through various social channels (Emails, Facebook, Instagram etc) to get the latest customers’ feedback.</li><li>Respond to the feedback within the stipulated time frame given by the management.</li><li>Maintaining positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers while coordinating information closely between relevant internal departments and customers within the allowed time.</li><li>Compiling the monthly customer careline report for management report audit.</li><li>Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and feedbacks.</li><li></li><li>Assist in marketing operations. E.g. allocate marketing materials to outlet., raise Sales Order, raise PR.</li><li>Assist in developing &amp; handling marketing materials.</li><li>Handles administrative tasks for marketing team.</li></ul>
