Job Responsibility:<ul><li>Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to diagnose and resolve operational issues effectively.</li><li>Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance activities, to ensure completion within time, scope, and budget.</li><li>Analyze equipment performance data to identify improvements and implement strategies to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.</li><li>Supervise and manage maintenance staff, including technicians and contractors to ensure completion within time, scope, and budget.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate team performance, to provide training, guidance, and task assignments to the team.</li><li>Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Control costs by optimizing resources and reducing waste.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for cost-effective purchases of parts and services.</li><li>Maintain logs of maintenance schedules, work orders, and repairs to minimize operational disruptions during maintenance.</li><li>Generate reports on equipment performance and maintenance costs.</li><li>Ad-hoc task assigned by Management.</li></ul>
