Job Summary:
This role serves as a key support to Area Managers by handling operational enquiries, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring timely execution of administrative tasks. The role is also responsible for preparing essential KPI reports, managing manpower-related data, and overseeing staff hostel operations. It requires strong coordination, reporting, and organizational skills to support efficient outlet and field operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day enquiries and support requests from Area Managers.
Coordinate and collaborate with various departments including Distribution Centre, Merchandising, HR, and others to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and manage monthly KPI reports, including staff turnover, manpower planning, and claim expenses.
Oversee and manage outlet staff hostel arrangements to ensure proper upkeep and accommodation standards.
Job Requirements:
Able to work independently with strong self-discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience in the retail industry is an added advantage.
Familiarity with standard retail SOPs.
