Job Summary: This role serves as a key support to Area Managers by handling operational enquiries, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring timely execution of administrative tasks. The role is also responsible for preparing essential KPI reports, managing manpower-related data, and overseeing staff hostel operations. It requires strong coordination, reporting, and organizational skills to support efficient outlet and field operations. Job Responsibilities:<ul> <li> Handle day-to-day enquiries and support requests from Area Managers. </li> <li> Coordinate and collaborate with various departments including Distribution Centre, Merchandising, HR, and others to ensure smooth operations. </li> <li> Prepare and manage monthly KPI reports, including staff turnover, manpower planning, and claim expenses. </li> <li> Oversee and manage outlet staff hostel arrangements to ensure proper upkeep and accommodation standards.</li></ul>
