Job Responsibilities: <ul><li>To ensure all Safety, Health &amp; Environment (SHE) issues of the company is in compliance with local regulations such as Dept of Safety &amp; Health (DOSH), Dept of Environment (DOE), Ministry of Health Department, Fire Service Department, Suruhan Tenaga.</li><li> Assist Maintenance Executive to responsible and ensure for all Safety, Health &amp; Environmental (SHE) issues of the company is in compliance with local regulations.</li><li> Assist maintain and implementing Safety, Health &amp; Environment procedures / policies and management systems.</li><li> Coordinate and liaise with relevant authorities (JKKP, BOMBA, Suruhan Tenaga).</li><li> JKKP, ST, Genset, Calibration Certificate renewal.</li><li> Assist in plan, manage and support improvement programs, identify and evaluate existing workplace hazards.</li><li> Assist in conduct Safety, Health &amp; Environmental monitoring.</li><li> Assist Maintenance Executive/Manager to conducts safety and health inspection, internal audit and external audit as assigned.</li><li> Assist Maintenance Executive/Manager to ensure standardization of SHE practices at all plants.</li><li> Assist to plan and help in preparation and conduct training related to safety, health &amp; environment to all staffs.</li><li> Adheres to the Company’s safety, health and environmental regulation.</li><li> Adheres to all Company’s rules and regulations.</li><li>To maintain workstation and surrounding areas in neat and tidy condition.</li><li> To ensure efficiency and effectiveness of equipment’s and facilities maintenance.</li><li> Ensure all machinery, building, facilities &amp; compound are maintained in good condition for production requirements.</li><li> Work closely with Production, Commercial, Planning, Warehousing and Quality Assurance department to achieve high productivity, cost efficiency and Safety System.</li></ul>
