Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting entries for customer sales & credit note
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales order, delivery order and invoices
- Maintain new customer record
- Handling customer service enquiry about delivery status
- Prepare monthly closing report
Job Requirements
Requirement:
- Diploma in accounting
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Knowledge in using SQL Acccounting would be advantage but not a must
- Attention to details
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
