Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting entries for customer sales & credit note
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales order, delivery order and invoices
  • Maintain new customer record
  • Handling customer service enquiry about delivery status
  • Prepare monthly closing report

Job Requirements

Requirement:

  • Diploma in accounting
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Knowledge in using SQL Acccounting would be advantage but not a must
  • Attention to details
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
