Job Responsibilities:

1) Assist in monitoring and analyzing security alerts using SIEM tools (e.g. QRadar).

2) Support vulnerability assessments and follow up on remediation efforts.

3) Participate in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards.

4) Help with security awareness initiatives and internal phishing simulations.

5) Assist in reviewing security logs, event correlation, and incident reporting.

6) Conduct basic threat intelligence research and contribute to incident response activities.

7) Support documentation of security processes and technical configurations.

8) Assist in evaluating security tools and technologies under supervision.

Job Requirements

1) Currently pursuing a degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

2) Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, etc.) and security fundamentals.

3) Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and command line tools.

4) Knowledge or interest in tools like SIEM, vulnerability scanners, or endpoint protection platforms is a plus.

5) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6) Good written and verbal communication skills.

7) A proactive, curious mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
