Job Description

  • Enhance the customer service experience by fostering customer engagement and supporting organic growth.
  • Provide technical support and application analysis to ensure reliable system functionality.
  • Perform regular maintenance and improvements to optimize overall system performance.
  • Manage customer expectations effectively and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments for timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve help desk issues related to hardware and software.
  • Address all hardware and software problems, assist with system configurations, and conduct testing for deployment projects.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in related field (IT Support/Application Support).
  • Resourceful and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Able to withstand stress in order to meet timelines when necessary.
  • Knowledge in Java, Linux CentOS, Nginx / TomCat / Apache will be added advantages.
  • Experience with log analysis & root cause analysis
  • Understand database systems
  • Knowledge in securities and trading or financial preferred.
