Job Description
<ul>
<li>To handle Sales Administration function relation to on-going, under construction projects and completed projects.</li>
<li>To ensure that all SPAs and loan documents are executed on a timely basis.</li>
<li>Coordinate with agents/ purchasers/ bankers and lawyers for SPA Execution.</li>
<li>Prepare and issuance of progressive billings, reminders and receipts.</li>
<li>Monitor/ensure timely billing and collection.</li>
<li>Follow-up on loan documentation status with purchasers, bankers and solicitors.</li>
<li>To ensure proper filing and accuracy of info updated in IFCA system.</li>
<li>Attend to purchaser’s/solicitors enquires, concerns in courteous and professional manner.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor Degree holder.</li>
<li>At least 2 years working experience in property development.</li>
<li>Knowledge in HDA.</li>
<li>Good in IFCA and Microsoft office.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Result oriented, independent and able to work in a team.</li>
<li>Fluency in English, Mandarin &amp; Bahasa Melayu.</li>
</ul>
