Since 1912, Nestlé has been nourishing Malaysians through our quality brands and products, whilst maintaining our Halal excellence and integrity. This is in line with our purpose of unlocking the power of food to enhance quality of life for everyone, today and for generations to come.
Our commitment to providing quality products to Malaysians dates back over 100 years ago. Nestlé began in Malaysia in 1912 as the Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Company in Penang and later, due to growth and expansion made a move to Kuala Lumpur necessary in 1939.
<h2>Where we are today</h2>
Following the nation’s independence in 1957, there came a need for increased job opportunities and more product options. Following this, in the mid-1960s, we began our Culinary Products Division producing exciting culinary solutions under the well-loved MAGGI trademark. This led to the establishment of our first manufacturing facility in Malaysia.
Today, Nestlé Malaysia operates 6 factories and employs more than 5,000 employees nationwide, producing over 500 Halal-certified products. Many of our key brands have now become a part of Malaysian households for generations including Malaysian favourites such as Milo, Maggi, Nescafé and Kit Kat. Having been present in the nation and in the hearts of Malaysians for over a century, we are firmly committed to offering the very best in quality, nutrition and taste.

(working closely with logistics providers to ensure compliance with Halal requirements throughout the supply chain). 3) To coordinate with certification bodies, preparing necessary documentation, and managing the certification renewal process. 4) To provide training and education to employees on Halal principles, guidelines, and best practices. 5) To stay up to date with relevant Halal regulations and guidelines, both locally and internationally. 6) Responsible for continuously improving and enhancing the Physical Logistic processes and systems. &nbsp; Key Experiences &nbsp; - Preferable to have basic knowledge on the Halal in Physical Logistic. - Experience in managing the Halal certification process, including understanding the requirements, documentation, and audits necessary for obtaining and maintaining Halal certification would be additional advantage. - Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and external parties. - Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications is required. - Fresh graduate with a degree / experiences in Halal compliance are welcome to apply.&nbsp; &nbsp;
