Job Description

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze market data to determine effective positioning strategies for IP communication products.
• Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of IP-PBX, video conferencing, wall boards, and other communication products.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Prepare and compile necessary documentation and information required for tender submissions.
• Deliver presentations during events and on-site visits to our sales gallery
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proven sales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative while working independently
• Proficiency in CRM Software and other sales tools.
