<div>This role will manage and support major retail chain bookstore/supermarkets accounts other key customers in Malaysia. This role focuses on supporting sales growth, building strong relationships with buyers, ensuring product availability, collaborating closely with the merchandising team, and executing in-store sales-related activities.</div><ul><li>Manage retail accounts (chain bookstores / supermarkets / hypermarkets)</li><li>Follow up on order, stock &amp; deliveries&nbsp;</li><li>Build up / maintain a good business relationship with store personnel / buyer&nbsp;</li><li>Support sales target and monitor performance&nbsp;</li><li>Handle products listings &amp; promotions&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct store visit &amp; ensureare well displayed with correct POSM materials&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate stock with internal department (Operation / Warehouse &amp; Logistic) for timely stock replenishment&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with our merchandiser &amp; promoter to improve shelf arrangement and visibility&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare simple sales reports monthly&nbsp;</li><li>Assist and support E-Store Shop (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok)&nbsp;</li><li>Update products, pricing, offer, voucher, campaigns &amp; etc for E-Store platform</li><li>Coordinate E-store stock with internal department (Warehouse) and deliveries status with logistic&nbsp;</li><li>Reply customer inquiries / bulk order for E-Store&nbsp;</li><li>Ad-hoc company event / other job task assigned upon request</li></ul><div>&nbsp; &nbsp;</div>
