As a key support member of our Projects Team, you will help ensure the smooth execution of administrative and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Projects Team to facilitate efficient project execution.</li>
<li>Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and records.</li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.</li>
<li>Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.</li>
<li>Serve as a communication liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Prepare project-related reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.</li>
<li>Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and procurement of materials.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to company policies and specific project guidelines.</li>
<li>Support team members with ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks as needed.</li>
</ul>
