&nbsp;About the role Join Next Energy Sdn. Bhd. as an Account Executive and play a pivotal role in supporting the company's dynamic accounts initiatives. This full-time position is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading energy solutions provider.

What you'll be doing
<ul>
<li>Process and verify invoices, ensuring accurate and timely posting into the accounting system.</li>
<li>Manage and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including billings, collections, and payment processing.</li>
<li>Supervise petty cash and staff expense claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and government regulations.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and selected balance sheet schedules.</li>
<li>Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.</li>
<li>Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits and respond to audit queries in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal departments and external parties such as auditors, banks, vendors, and tax agents.</li>
<li>Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments when necessary.</li>
<li>Support management in ad-hoc accounting, finance, and administrative matters.</li>
<li>Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.</li>
</ul>
