Job Descriptions:

-Billing Support

• Assist in preparing and verifying customer billing data.
• Help ensure timely and accurate issuance of invoices.
• Support in resolving basic billing discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams

-Payment Receipt & Matching

• Assist in verifying payment details received from customers.
• Help prepare mass upload files to record payments.
• Match payments to invoices and flag unmatched items for further follow-up.

-Reconciliation Activities

• Identify and highlight variances between bank receipts and system entries.
• Help maintain updated and organized reconciliation files.

-Reporting & Administrative Support

• Assist in generating basic reports and summaries for internal use.
• Support ad hoc tasks such as file cleanup, data entry, and process tracking.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Education: Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, or basic formulas).
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
