<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing and verifying customer billing data.</li>
<li>Help ensure timely and accurate issuance of invoices.</li>
<li>Support in resolving basic billing discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>-Payment Receipt &amp;amp; Matching</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in verifying payment details received from customers.</li>
<li>Help prepare mass upload files to record payments.</li>
<li>Match payments to invoices and flag unmatched items for further follow-up.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>-Reconciliation Activities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify and highlight variances between bank receipts and system entries.</li>
<li>Help maintain updated and organized reconciliation files.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>-Reporting &amp;amp; Administrative Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in generating basic reports and summaries for internal use.</li>
<li>Support ad hoc tasks such as file cleanup, data entry, and process tracking.</li>
