&nbsp;What You Will Do?
<h3>1. Finance &amp; Accounting Support</h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and issue client invoices (including e-invoicing) and track payments</li>
<li>Assist with staff claims, reimbursements, and petty cash</li>
<li>Support project budgeting and basic profit &amp; loss (P&amp;L) tracking</li>
<li>Help calculate commissions for internal teams</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing of financial documents</li>
</ul>
<h3>2. Tax &amp; Compliance Support</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist with withholding tax (WHT) calculations and submissions</li>
<li>Prepare documents for accountants or tax agents</li>
<li>Help ensure basic finance compliance and record keeping</li>
</ul>
<h3>3. Procurement &amp; Vendor Coordination</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in sourcing and coordinating suppliers (production, media, tools, etc.)</li>
<li>Help with vendor onboarding for new clients and projects</li>
<li>Manage quotations, purchase orders, and supplier documentation</li>
</ul>
<h3>4. Office &amp; Admin Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Support daily office operations (pantry supplies, cleaner coordination, office needs)</li>
<li>Assist in organising meetings, internal events, and team activities</li>
<li>Help maintain a neat, organised, and professional office environment</li>
</ul>
<h3>5. Staff &amp; HR Admin Support</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage leave applications and simple attendance records</li>
<li>Assist with onboarding paperwork for new staff</li>
<li>Support basic HR administrative tasks</li>

<h3>6. Government Grants Assistance</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing documents for government grant applications</li>
