<p>The Human Resources Intern will be required to perform various administrative tasks and support the HR department ‘s daily activity.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong><em>Job Scope (Depending on the assigned HR functions)</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Gathering data Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure the teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.</li>
<li>Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.</li>
<li>Advertise and source applicants through various channels, such as company career page, job platforms, social media, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.</li>
<li>Able to operate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain the confidential of the data</li>
<li>Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.</li>
<li>Organizing and assisting in training planning and execution</li>
<li>Following up with training participants and managers for evaluation</li>
<li>Be the minute taker for any domestic inquiry process</li>
<li>Gather evidence of misconduct and prepare report on activities happens</li>
<li>Updating system with latest information of employees &amp; related matters</li>
<li>Prepare &amp; revise departmental organization chart</li>
<li>Assisting in filing employee’s documents into personal file &amp; etc</li>
<li>Actively involved in company’s activity/program</li>
<li>Other tasks assigned by supervisor</li>
