<li>Assist in the daily coordination of delivery fleet assignments and driver schedules.</li>
<li>Support in monitoring vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.</li>
<li>Help ensure that all vehicle-related documents (insurance, road tax, permits) are tracked and renewed in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Assist with processing transport claims, delivery records, and related admin documentation.</li>
<li>Maintain and update driver rosters, attendance, and trip logs.</li>
<li>Liaise with drivers and riders to ensure smooth operational execution and issue resolution.</li>
<li>Support warehouse and hub operations with relevant administrative tasks as needed.</li>
<li>Perform data entry and assist in preparing reports for the Transport/Admin team.</li>
<li>Help implement process improvements for admin and transport functions.</li>
<li>Undertake other duties or special projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager.</li>
</ul>
