Job Description

Administrative & Office Support

  • Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and data entry
  • Maintain accurate records, contracts, invoices, and internal documents
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and basic procurement

Operations & Project Support

  • Assist with site-related paperwork (permits, access letters, reports)
  • Support coordination with landlords, councils, suppliers, and partners
  • Track task progress and follow up on operational deliverables

Finance & Billing Support

  • Assist in preparing invoices, payment tracking, and expense records
  • Support reconciliation of operational costs and basic financial documentation
  • Coordinate with finance/accounting on billing and payment matters

Customer & Internal Coordination

  • Handle basic email communication with partners and customers
  • Support internal teams with scheduling, reporting, and coordination
  • Assist in resolving administrative issues raised by operations or support teams

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain organized records for audits, contracts, and regulatory matters
  • Ensure proper documentation for vendors, payments, and site operations

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in admin, operations, or office support
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
