Job Description

 

  • Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to the HR & Administrative Department
  • Provide support in any company events, training program and staff engagement activities.
  • Assist in distributing and keep track of the company stationery stock level
  • Other task as and when needed

Job Requirements

 

  • Applicant is currently pursuing at least Diploma in Business Administrative/Human Resource/ Logistics/Secretarial/Office Management or others related background
  • Details oriented and possess strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and team player
  • Proficient in MS Office (word, excel & PowerPoint)
