<h3>Job Title: Sales &amp; Marketing Executive (Sublimation Jersey Printing)</h3>
<h4>Sales &amp; Marketing Responsibilities:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.</li>
<li>Identify new prospects (individuals, schools, clubs, sports teams, organizations).</li>
<li>Follow up with leads and existing customers via WhatsApp, calls, social media, or email.</li>
<li>Handle closing sales – from inquiry to order confirmation.</li>
<li>Understand customer needs and propose suitable packages/designs.</li>
<li>Record and update customer information in the system or Google Sheets.</li>
<li>Manage customer orders and payments until the production process.</li>
<li>Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat orders.</li>
<li>Assist the marketing team in creating promotional content (photos, videos, captions, testimonials).</li>
<li>Post regularly on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).</li>
<li>Plan monthly promotional campaigns – discounts, combos, giveaways, etc.</li>
<li>Identify current market trends and customer demands (e.g. sports season, family day, automotive clubs).</li>
<li>Collect and analyze customer data – most active customer segments, design preferences, peak seasons.</li>
<li>Contribute ideas for themed jersey promotions (e.g. Merdeka, Ramadan, school events, etc.).</li>
<li>Maintain the company’s brand image across all digital platforms.</li>
