Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Sublimation Jersey Printing)

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
2. Identify new prospects (individuals, schools, clubs, sports teams, organizations).
3. Follow up with leads and existing customers via WhatsApp, calls, social media, or email.
4. Handle closing sales – from inquiry to order confirmation.
5. Understand customer needs and propose suitable packages/designs.
6. Record and update customer information in the system or Google Sheets.
7. Manage customer orders and payments until the production process.
8. Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat orders.
9. Assist the marketing team in creating promotional content (photos, videos, captions, testimonials).
10. Post regularly on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
11. Plan monthly promotional campaigns – discounts, combos, giveaways, etc.
12. Identify current market trends and customer demands (e.g. sports season, family day, automotive clubs).
13. Collect and analyze customer data – most active customer segments, design preferences, peak seasons.
14. Contribute ideas for themed jersey promotions (e.g. Merdeka, Ramadan, school events, etc.).
15. Maintain the company’s brand image across all digital platforms.

Job Requirements

✅ Highly motivated and love challenges
✅ Confident, well-spoken, and comfortable dealing with customers
✅ Interested in sales and marketing
✅ Goal-oriented with a mindset to achieve targets and monthly bonuses
✅ Able to work in a team and independently when needed
✅ Fresh graduates are welcome – training will be provided!
