Job Description

This position is under our sister company - Nuvend Sdn Bhd, a technology based vending machine company who invented self-serve smoothies machines. User just need to put the pre-portioned frozen smoothies cup into machine and freshly blended smoothies will be ready in less than 1 minute. Our new project is to introduce smoothies subsidy plan to corporate clients who want to offer employees hassle-free access to nutritious beverages as part of their corporate wellness program.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and focus on opening new corporate accounts. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with corporate clients and promote our smoothie subscription plans as a valuable employee welfare benefit. This may challenge because most of the corporate clients currently engage with coffee machine subscription plan with lower cost. As we are offering something new to the market, we need to put more efforts in marketing and plan our strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients for subscription to our smoothie plans.
  • Research and develop marketing strategies to attract corporate accounts, including presentations, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers and HR departments.
  • Customize subscription plans to meet the specific needs and preferences of each corporate client.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for corporate accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or marketing, especially in corporate services supply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge with AI and social media marketing is added advantages
  • Multi-lingua in Chinese, English and Malay is added advantages
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
