<p>Off The Record is a listening room, record library, and audio showroom in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur where people listen to full albums on quality equipment, borrow from a growing collection, and buy audio gear. The room, membership, and community are being built and this hire helps build all three.</p><p>The Operations & Community Manager will run the floor and take ownership of the member and guest experience, day-to-day operations (staffing, scheduling, POS, inventory), community and growth initiatives, vendor and partner relationships, and hiring and training front-of-house staff. The first six months are alongside the founder to open the space and build the initial membership base, with increasing ownership into the first full year.</p>

• Run the floor: own member &amp; guest care; staffing, POS, inventory; hire/train FOH
• Bangsar vinyl listening room &amp; record library, full-album listening on quality gear
• Join founder to open space, build membership &amp; earn ownership in year one!

• Mengurus operasi: staf, jadual, POS, inventori &amp; pengalaman ahli/tetamu.
• Ruang mendengar vinil &amp; bilik pameran audio di Bangsar; komuniti sedang dibina.
• Bekerja dengan pengasas: buka ruang, bina keahlian &amp; ambil pemilikan tahun pertama. Sertai kami!
