• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
• Support sales executives in achieving company sales targets.
• Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, and sales contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer accounts.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s metal products, including specifications, applications, and competitive advantages.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor order progress and resolve any issues related to production or delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the sales manager.
• Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
• Handle sales-related administrative work to support the sales team.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
• Proactive in managing customer expectations and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Capable of understanding client needs and delivering solutions
• Familiarity with the manufacturing processes, products, and market trends in the air-conditioner or related industries is a bonus.
• Strong ability to analyse data, understand sales trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Skilled at identifying potential issues and resolving them effectively to ensure smooth operations.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Malay and English.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sales or customer-facing roles.
