<li>Perform all the duties of a payroll officer which includes to calculate and process monthly wage and commission/key performance index accurately as well as to update employee listing on monthly basis.</li>

<li>Recruitment</li>
<ul>
<li>Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with hiring manager to understand skills and competencies required for openings.</li>
<li>Attract applicants by placing job advertisements.</li>
<li>Conduct phone screening to determine applicant qualifications and qualities.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules and advising applicant for interviews.</li>
<li>Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and HQ.</li>

<li>Other HR functions</li>

<li>Monitor every employee’s attendance and leave.</li>
