Job Description

We are seeking an energetic communications expert with robust PR and corporate communications knowledge who is ready to advance into a management position. This role will oversee our Marketing & Corporate Communications department, primarily concentrating on corporate reputation and communication efforts while also directing and guiding marketing initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with established PR and communications experience who aims to expand their responsibilities by leading a team and taking charge of marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Communications & PR (Core Strength):

• Develop and implement corporate communications strategies that bolster brand reputation.
• Lead media relations efforts, which include writing press releases, coordinating interviews, and managing crisis communication.
• Assist leadership with preparing speeches, crafting messages, and handling executive communications.
• Create effective internal communication strategies to engage employees.
• Formulate storytelling techniques to enhance the company's image and positioning.

Marketing Oversight (Leadership Role):

• Supervise and guide the marketing team in executing campaigns, branding, and promotional efforts.
• Oversee the production of marketing content and materials across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
• Ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with media, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee external agencies and vendors to guarantee quality and cost efficiency.
• Support corporate social responsibility (CSR), sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.

Job Requirements

- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in PR/communications, with additional marketing experience being advantageous.
- A solid background in PR, corporate communications, and media relations.
- Experience in mentoring or overseeing junior team members, whether formally or informally.
- Outstanding writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
- A goal to evolve into a more extensive leadership position that includes both communications and marketing.
