We are seeking an energetic communications expert with robust PR and corporate communications knowledge who is ready to advance into a management position. This role will oversee our Marketing &amp; Corporate Communications department, primarily concentrating on corporate reputation and communication efforts while also directing and guiding marketing initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with established PR and communications experience who aims to expand their responsibilities by leading a team and taking charge of marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Communications &amp; PR (Core Strength):
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement corporate communications strategies that bolster brand reputation.</li>
<li>Lead media relations efforts, which include writing press releases, coordinating interviews, and managing crisis communication.</li>
<li>Assist leadership with preparing speeches, crafting messages, and handling executive communications.</li>
<li>Create effective internal communication strategies to engage employees.</li>
<li>Formulate storytelling techniques to enhance the company's image and positioning.</li>
</ul>
Marketing Oversight (Leadership Role):
<ul>
<li>Supervise and guide the marketing team in executing campaigns, branding, and promotional efforts.</li>
<li>Oversee the production of marketing content and materials across digital, social media, and traditional channels.</li>
<li>Ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with organizational objectives.</li>
<li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.</li>
</ul>
Stakeholder Engagement:
<ul>
<li>Develop and sustain strong relationships with media, partners, and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Oversee external agencies and vendors to guarantee quality and cost efficiency.</li>
<li>Support corporate social responsibility (CSR), sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.</li>
</ul>
