Job Description

HR

  • To maintain up-to-date and accurate employee data and records to HR System and Personnel Files
  • Handle HR-related tasks including recruitment, leave management, employee welfare and medical expenses
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
  • Conduct training sessions on various HR topics and support employee development initiatives
  • Handle employee relations, address concerns, and promote a positive work environment
  • Restore for office supplies and other departments if there is needed

 Account

  • Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting tasks
  • Responsible to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner
  • Monitor inventory costs, stock count cycles, track expenses related to production, and assist in budget preparation
  • Responsible in monthly payroll and wages administration, payroll summary reporting and statutory submission
  • Implement and manage e-invoicing systems in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor e-invoicing submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare annual accounting records for audit and liaise with external auditor and corporate secretaries on all auditing issues
  • Prepare and submit tax filings, including WHT tax.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial closing and compliance with local statutory requirements / accounting standards

 


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Higher in Finance/Accounting/HR Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of working experiences preferably in a manufacturing field
  • Computer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office: Excel, Words, Google Sheets
  • Knowledge in Autocount Accounting, HRMS (Info-Tech) and E-invoicing
  • Experience in full set of accounts
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision in fast paced environment
  • Good working attitude and strong responsibility
  • Prior experience with e-Invoicing systems and digital accounting tools is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
