Marketing and Trade Support: -
Lead a team of young and dynamic marketing teams (Conventional, Digital, Social Media Customer Service and Design) to drive all aspects of strategic marketing campaigns to strengthen product brand awareness and engagement, achieving company’s objective and continuous market share growth.
In charge of creating and implementing 360-degree marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, TTL), including goal-setting, strategies, consumer optimization, and perfect program execution across all media platforms, online and trade channels (MT and GT).
Manage and monitor all digital marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms to drive brand presence and consumer interaction by strategizing a robust digital marketing strategy encompassing content creation, social media management, and online advertising, and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
Lead the development and designing of marketing collateral encompasses a variety of materials, including digital assets not limited to website content, social media visuals and printed POSM with consistent brand identify to enhance customer engagement, driving recognition, and supporting sales and marketing efforts.
Work closely with the sales team and trade business partners to ensure alignment of ATL, TTL BTL activities, maximizing overall campaign impact and synergy.
Coordinate joint initiatives with trade business partners to create a cohesive marketing strategy that covers both consumer-facing and trade-facing activities.
Responsible for overseeing and managing e-commerce businesses with a significant online presence. Work closely with Upper Line Managers to develop online marketing strategies to grow e-commerce businesses.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations) and external partners (agencies, media partners, and digital vendors) to drive successful campaign execution.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various channels.
Track spending and campaign ROI, providing regular reports to Upper Line Managers.
Present marketing plans and results to the Upper Line Managers.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and generate performance reports and actionable insights to inform future strategies.
Mentor and groom the team of marketing professionals to improve and optimize Marketing operations with best-in-class standards and excellence - Campaigns, social media, KOL/KOC, Partnerships, Digital Communications.
Keep abreast of competitors’ activities and consumer trends in the market.
Support other administrative duties assigned by Upper Line Managers from time to time.
