  not just nice decks, but work that actually goes live
   
• Working closely with both clients and internal execution teams,
  making sure everyone understands what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and how to deliver it well
   
• Thinking beyond visuals ONLY
  concept, content, copy, platform, strategy, timing, execution all matter here
   
• Being part of the team that shapes campaign direction, not just follows instructions

• You understand the marketing & creative industry
  Trends, platforms, client expectations - none of these are new to you
   
• You’re clear, structured, and calm when communicating
  You can translate client needs into execution-ready direction
   
• You’re comprehensive, responsible, and you care about quality
  You don’t disappear when things get messy - you help to fix them
