Job Description

 • Search for and develop new customers who need to ship goods internationally on routes such as the US, EU, UK, Australia, Canada, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.  

•  Compile a list of partner companies in the area; send emails, make calls, or visit their offices to introduce the company’s service pricing.  
•  Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.  
• Consult customers on logistics solutions: Express, ePacket, Consol, Air/Sea Freight, and Fulfillment services.
• Send quotations, negotiate terms, and close service contracts.  
•  Coordinate with the operations and documentation departments to process shipments and resolve any issues that arise.  
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports and market development plans.  
•  Prepare weekly and monthly work progress reports. 

Job Requirements

 • Experience in Sales within the Logistics / Freight Forwarding / International Express Delivery industry is an advantage. 

•  Good command of English and Malay.  
•  Must have personal transportation. 
•  Basic understanding of import–export, customs procedures, and international e-commerce.  
•  Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.  
•  Energetic, proactive in seeking new customers, and able to work under sales pressure. 
•  Preferred age range: 22–40 years old
