ParkIt is a fast-growing parking technology company with an expanding footprint across Hong Kong and Malaysia. We work closely with property owners, operators, and users to solve real-world parking challenges through technology and smart distribution.
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to support our Hong Kong and Malaysia operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to technical sales support, digital marketing, user experience improvement, and AI-assisted workflows, while working directly with live users and ongoing market expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Sales & User Support

• Handle technical sales support emails and assist with client relationship management
• Analyze, categorize, and escalate user questions, issues, or concerns using AI-assisted summarization tools
• Help identify recurring issues and contribute insights to improve the ParkIt user experience
  
  2. Market Expansion (Hong Kong Focus)
• Actively expand parking listings on the ParkIt website for Hong Kong
• Support initiatives to grow ParkIt’s market presence and customer base in Hong Kong
• Use AI tools for lead research, data organization, and opportunity tracking
  
  3. User Feedback & Product Support
• Collect and organize user feedback for new product and feature rollouts
• Assist in analyzing feedback using AI tools to identify trends and common pain points
• Support internal teams with clear summaries and recommendations
  
  4. Digital & Physical Marketing Execution
• Support basic digital marketing initiatives across social media and online channels
• Fully manage and update social media accounts, using AI tools for content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis
• Assist in planning and executing physical marketing campaigns (e.g. flyering, site activations) when required
  
  5. Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the sales, support, and marketing teams
• Use AI productivity tools to improve coordination, documentation, and task tracking

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher
• International students are welcome to apply
• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (required); English proficiency is a plus
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital platforms and tools
• Ability to understand and summarize complex technical cases quickly
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced, high-email-volume environment
• Quick learner, independent, and proactive
• Creative with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to apply critical thinking and logical analysis to isolate and resolve issues
• Interest or experience in using AI tools (e.g. for content, analysis, research, or automation) is an advantage
