<li>Develop and implement various HR strategies, policies and initiatives, which include recruitment, staff engagement, training and development, employee relations/welfare, that will support the Company’s business operations</li>
<li>Drive and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures within the Company</li>

<li>Promote and deliver effective people management practices and processes to motivate and retain talents</li>
