Job Description
- Develop and implement various HR strategies, policies and initiatives, which include recruitment, staff engagement, training and development, employee relations/welfare, that will support the Company’s business operations
- Drive and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures within the Company
- Recommend and implement new benefits programs
- Promote and deliver effective people management practices and processes to motivate and retain talents
- Provide HR advisory services within the Group
- Manage full spectrum of HR and Admin functions
- Manage payroll administration and related matters
- Manage all levels of staff recruitment
- Be able to work with all levels of management within the company
- Good communication skills
- Experience in CSER related audits
- To handle staff grievances, disciplinary issues, workers strike and conduct domestic enquiry when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
