Purpose:
This role is required to supporting Singapore Branch's payroll, billing administration and management of contracts. To provide premium and value-added services to candidates and client. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and billing.

Job Description:

<li>Responsible in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing&nbsp;</li>
<li>Accurate and timely statutory submission to CPF, IRAS and relevant authorities</li>
<li>Prepare monthly payroll reports and other ad-hoc reports when necessary</li>
<li>Prepare billing to clients</li>
<li>Maintain payroll documentations for audit purposes</li>
<li>Prepare pay and bill hours reconciliation</li>
<li>Filing of form IR21 tax clearance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Generate yearly IR8A</li>
<li>Submit NS claims</li>
<li>Submit insurance claim</li>
</ul>
