Job Description

  1. Prepare and process payment / cheque and other related documents.
  2. Carry out daily collection and issuance of invoices, official receipts, bank-in and collection report.
  3. Carry out bank reconciliation, data entry, updating records and maintaining of accurate accounting records.
  4. Update internal systems with financial data.
  5. Participate in financial audits.
  6. Handle petty cash and reimbursement of claims.
  7. Handle office and administrative functions.
  8. Ensure efficient document management such as printing and filing of documents.
  9. Prepare and submit documentations required by stakeholders such as authorities, auditors, bankers, and clients etc.
  10. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
  11. Prepare relevant reports for the management to review.
  12. Attend to other assignments as instructed by the management.

Job Requirements

  1. Possesses at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other relevant fields.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in Accounting field.
  3. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  4. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  5. Detail-oriented and ability to multitask.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  7. Proactive and adaptive to fast-paced and changing environment.
  8. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
