Job Description

  • To maintain and achieve a high standard of food quality, preparation, production and to assist service under guidance from your Chef De Partie, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef.
  • To keep high standards of cleanliness on section were employed, also to assist in any job regarding hygiene, cleanliness asked for by Sous Chefs / Executive Chef.
  • To help preparation and cooking of food.
  • Prevent food spoilage through daily checks and ensures that all incoming and outgoing food items are up to agreed standard.
  • Have full knowledge of all menus being offered in the respective kitchen at any one time.
  • To carry out any reasonable duty to assist in the smooth running of the company.

Job Requirements

  • Had experience working in relevant field
  • Received formal culinary training either through education institution or on the job training
  • Must be fit / have no major health concerns
  • Able to communicate in Malay and English
  • Willing to work at other outlets when necessary
  • Must be a team player
  • Able to work on Saturday (half day)
