ADMIN INTERNSHIP

Job scope

• Ensure smooth running of operations by maintaining office matters such as filing, records, and organizing outstanding documents.
• Assist in processing and handling payment and/or billings for all projects.
• To perform quotation and invoicing for clients and keep a good bookkeeping and tracking
• To perform vendor registration for company
• To perform all general and administrative duties and tasks assigned from time to time.
• To provide support in basic document control
• To handle incoming and outgoing email, memos, telephone calls, and courier services.
• To perform ad-hoc duties as requested.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's
• Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource
• Management, Economics, or equivalent.
• Required skills: Microsoft Office.
• Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferably minimum 3 months of the internship period. Best preferably a final semester student who is ready for work after graduation.
• Able to work remotely.
