POSITION SUMMARY:This position shall be responsible for ensuring successful performance of the supply and delivery chain for assigned portfolio of products within the region as part of Above Market Planning (AMP) Hub. The incumbent will participate in Global and Regional forums as regional point of contact for assigned portfolio.&nbsp; He/she will also drive improvement initiatives related to supply &amp; inventory management to support achievement of commercial goals for the region and markets in scope.<ul><li>Accountable for Supply Assurance of assigned product portfolio</li><li>Accountable for Inventory planning and coordination of inventory deployment for assigned product portfolio</li><li>Support completion of Product change lifecycle management&nbsp; activities requiring supply input</li><li>Leverage system tools for daily supply chain activities</li><li>Identify and contribute to development and improvement of digital capabilities in supply assurance, inventory, product change lifecycle management</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with Manufacturing Sites, serving as point of contact to clarify any queries or action plans related to assigned products</li><li>Support Supply Planning Manager to drive resolution of escalated issues</li><li>Participate in MPH-Market Demand and Supply Review Meetings</li></ul>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Supply Assurance (for assigned product portfolio)<ul><li>Continuously monitor and ensure product supply of assigned product portfolio to represented markets</li><li>Proactively identify supply risks by updating supply outlook and escalate risks to Supply Manager</li><li>Communicate to resolve supply issues with stakeholders using standard processes (e.g. e-alerts, weekly calls with market/plants)</li><li>Proactively understand demand drivers and supply implications from forecast changes</li></ul>Supply Assurance (for assigned product portfolio)<ul><li>Continuously monitor and ensure product supply of assigned product portfolio to represented markets</li><li>Proactively identify supply risks by updating supply outlook and escalate risks to Supply Manager</li><li>Communicate to resolve supply issues with stakeholders using standard processes (e.g. e-alerts, weekly calls with market/plants)</li><li>Proactively understand demand drivers and supply implications from forecast changes and proposed changes in transportation mode</li></ul>Inventory management and deployment (for assigned product portfolio)<ul><li>Analyze inventory performance versus budget and develop action plans to achieve targets</li><li>Perform root cause analysis of inventory deviations vs. targets and of inventory drivers and define improvement&nbsp;plans</li><li>Minimize inventory write-offs.
