<ul>
<li>Ensuring the procurement activities are executed as per the company’s procurement procedure.</li>
<li>Plan and implement supply chain processes that include Inbounding, Purchase Order, Good Receive Note.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels for item inbound warehouse to ensure adequate stock available for Outlets</li>
<li>Work closely with planner on the forecast to supplier</li>
<li>Work with other departments to coordinate activities such as sample request, shipping, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and expediting goods</li>
<li>Negotiating with local supplier on the price, delivery, payment term and services.</li>
<li>Maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure a continuous supply of goods and services</li>
<li>Perform other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management</li>
<li>Identifies supply and supplier issues. Analyses information to assess root cause, improvement and associated risk. Recommends and implements solutions.</li>
</ul>
