Job Description

We are looking for a driven and responsible Branch Executive to join our Kitchen Arena Seremban team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a Senior Executive role, manage a showroom, and be part of a fast-growing brand in the kitchen equipment industry.

• Handle walk-in customers and provide basic product consultation (training provided)
• Manage showroom layout, cleanliness, and daily operations
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Work towards monthly outlet sales targets
• Coordinate with HQ on orders, stock, and customer needs
• Opportunity to grow into a senior role and manage the outlet independently

Preferences:

• Passionate about retail, cooking, or kitchen equipment
• Mandarin-speaking is an advantage
• Experience in retail or sales is a bonus, but not required
• Looking for someone who wants long-term career growth

Job Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome
• No experience required – training and guidance will be provided
• Good attitude, willing to learn and grow
• Friendly, confident, and able to speak to walk-in customers
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
• Based in Seremban or willing to relocate
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
